Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Your membership

These terms govern your Magnolia Wellness Villa monthly membership. By joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms, including the selected benefits, payment arrangement, and booking and cancellation policies.

2. Plans and fees

Membership is offered on three plans, billed monthly:

• Blossom — R750 per month: one 60-minute Aromatherapy Massage each month, 10% off any additional treatments, complimentary access to Magnolia relaxation amenities, priority booking, and 10% off one treatment during your birthday month.
• Radiance — R1,350 per month: one 90-minute Aromatherapy Massage, one express facial, and one express manicure or pedicure each month, 10% off any additional treatments, complimentary access to Magnolia relaxation amenities, priority booking, and 15% off one treatment during your birthday month.
• Elite — R2,550 per month: two 90-minute Aromatherapy Massages, one Magnolia Signature Facial, one luxury manicure, one luxury pedicure, and one Magnolia Detox Steam Ritual each month, 10% off any additional treatments, complimentary access to Magnolia relaxation amenities, priority booking, and 20% off one treatment during your birthday month.

On every plan, a massage may be upgraded to any massage on our menu for the difference between the included Aromatherapy Massage and the selected massage.

3. Payment and the monthly debit

Your membership fee is collected monthly by card through our secure payment provider, PayFast. By joining you authorise Magnolia to charge your selected card the monthly fee each month, starting on your preferred start date, until you cancel. Your card details are held securely by PayFast; Magnolia does not store your card number.

If a monthly payment fails, we will contact you to update your details. Access to member benefits may be paused while a payment is outstanding. We may adjust membership fees on reasonable prior notice to you.

4. Using your benefits

• Monthly treatments: your included treatment(s) can be booked at any time during the month and should be used within that membership month.
• Rollover: one unused treatment may be rolled over once during each 6-month membership period, and must be redeemed the following month. All other unused benefits expire at month-end.
• Massage upgrades are charged at the difference between the included Aromatherapy Massage and the selected massage.
• Discounts on additional treatments apply at the till while your membership is active.
• Priority booking gives members preference on appointment times.
• Birthday benefit applies to one treatment during your birthday month.
• Benefits are personal to the registered member, are not transferable, and have no cash value.

5. Bookings

Appointments may be booked by WhatsApp, phone, the website, or at reception. Please give reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so the time can be offered to another guest. Certain treatments may require a short health assessment or consultation before your first session.

6. Cancelling your membership

There is a 3-month minimum membership term. After that, you may cancel your membership at any time on 30 days' notice, with no cancellation fee. The current month's fee is not refundable, and your benefits remain available to you until the end of the paid period. To cancel, contact reception and we will stop the monthly debit for you.

7. Health and wellbeing

Some wellness services may require a separate consultation or health assessment before treatment. Please let us know of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or pregnancy so that we can care for you safely.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, benefits or plan pricing from time to time. Where a change materially affects you, we will give you reasonable notice, and you may cancel under clause 6 if you do not wish to continue.

9. Your information (POPIA)

We process your personal information to manage your membership, bookings and payments, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act. If you opted in, we will also send you member news, events and offers; you may opt out at any time. We do not sell your information.
